For The Public:
Doors open to the public from 10:00am until 4:00pm.
No carry-in reptiles or other animals are allowed. VENDOR SALES ONLY!
Animals may be uncontained only at vendor tables.
No animal sales to minors without parent/guardian present.
Neither the event coordinators nor the venue shall be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property, or any injuries that may occur during the show.
No alcohol inside the event.
No outside pets are allowed inside the venue for attendees unless it is a registered service animal such as a trained service dog. We ask that you do not bring your emotional support pets to the expo for both their safety and the safety of other attendees.
No smoking inside the venue please. This includes directly outside of the loading doors. If a smoke break is needed, please go to the back parking lot.
For Vendors:
Vendors may only vend products, services or other items directly related to herpetological or herpetocultural endeavors. This includes reptiles, amphibians, insects, arachnids, etc. Questions should be forwarded to [email protected] or [email protected] .
Vendor setup will be from 7:30am until 9:45am.
Nametags will be provided for each vendor representative, and must be worn at all times.
Table fee includes two free admissions which are signified by your vendor badges. Additional badges can be purchased at price of admission.

No sale of Animals on the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Restricted Herptiles List are allowed.
Educational displays of endangered or otherwise restricted species must be accompanied by a valid Massachusetts permit listing the species in question. Native species may only be displayed by those vendors who have secured a free, educational table.

YOU WILL BE ASKED TO SEE IT BY SHOW PERSONNEL. Permits from other states are not valid in MA. All venomous animals are to be kept in a locked, secure enclosure at all times. NO FREE HANDLING OF VENOMOUS ANIMALS ALLOWED!!!
All animals, especially insects and arachnids, must be labeled with Latin genus and species names.
No venomous reptile and amphibian sales are allowed.
No turtles and tortoises under 4 inches long.
All animals must be contained in a secure and humane fashion.
All animals must be healthy. Any animal deemed unsuitable or unhealthy by EXPO staff must be removed on demand.
All animals must be sold in secure, sanitary containers or bags. No sales of loose animals please.
No live rodents are allowed with the exception of eyes closed fuzzies and pinks.
No animals that have been visibly dyed will be allowed to be displayed or sold at the MRE.
Crickets or other feeder insects allowed only in sealed, pre-counted boxes.
Vendors must provide customers a receipt that includes the vendor’s name and email address.

Injuries caused by animals brought by a vendor are the sole responsibility and liability of that vendor.

All vendors and booth staff must maintain a professional attitude at all times during the expo. Any participants in disruptive arguments will be asked to leave.
An inspection of tables and animals will occur before and during the expo. We wish to present a professional image so try and keep your tables and animals as clean and organized as possible.
The staff reserves the right to refuse entry or to evict any vendor not in compliance with any of the expo regulations without refund.
Cancellations will be refunded in full with at least 30 days notice prior to the show. With less than 30 days notice, a refund will only be given if the table can be re-sold.
Tables must be claimed before 9:45am or they will be released to other vendors without refund. Please contact us at [email protected] if you are running late on show day.

Vendors are responsible for providing their own extension cord to extend from their table to the nearest outlet or hookup. While outlets are in ready supply, the service is limited. Please keep your electrical demands to a minimum.
